Missouri is at the far edge of comfortable driving and often makes more sense as a fly-in date, depending on the timing. St. Louis is the shorter trip; Kansas City sits far enough west that flying usually wins. St. Louis and Kansas City both book corporate hospitality and conference receptions. There is also strong demand for church and family programming across the state. Healthcare systems, agricultural companies and financial firms lead the corporate side, and both cities carry enough convention business to bring trade association meetings through spring and autumn. Away from the two metros the work shifts towards church events, school assemblies and community banquets in the smaller towns.
Travel
Roughly 7 hours by road from Milwaukee. That is normally still a drive rather than a flight, which means the full show travels with me, and travel is either built into the package or itemised on your quote, agreed before anything is booked.
