Private bookings are not listed here. Weddings, corporate evenings and private parties keep the client’s privacy, so they show the date as booked without naming the event. Only public shows appear with full details. If a date you want looks taken, it is still worth asking, as some days allow multiple bookings.

Upcoming public shows

The same dates as the calendar above, listed out. Each one has its own page with the venue, the times and anything that has changed since it was announced.

For venues, theatres & organisers

Selling tickets? I’ll handle that too

If you’re booking a ticketed show (a theatre night, a fundraiser, a church event, a school family night), you don’t need a separate ticketing platform taking a cut. Every show on this calendar already runs on one, and it is yours to use at no additional cost when you book Caleb.

A page to send people to

Your show gets its own page with the venue, times, directions and ticket types: general admission, reserved, family, whatever you need, each with its own price and capacity. One link to put on your posters, your socials and your newsletter.

Tickets sold online

Guests order and pay on the page and get an emailed confirmation with an order code and a calendar file, so it lands in their phone rather than a drawer. Capacity is tracked as it sells, so nothing is oversold.

You see the numbers

Tickets sold, money taken and how many people looked at the page before buying, so you can tell whether the newsletter worked or the poster did, while there is still time to push the one that is working.

A door list that works

On the night there is a check-in list you can work from a phone, so the door moves and you know who actually turned up rather than who bought.

If the night has to move

Cancelling or rescheduling notifies every ticket holder automatically and shows exactly what needs refunding. Nobody turns up to a locked door.

Promote it together

Your date goes on this calendar and gets shared alongside the rest of the run, so you are not the only one driving people to it. You keep the ticket revenue; the ticketing itself costs you nothing.

Talk about a ticketed date Card payments carry the processor’s own fee, which is the only cost in the chain. There is no platform fee and no commission on top.

What to know about these dates

Dates can change

These are live venues, and nights occasionally move or get cancelled. Each show has its own page, and that page is always the current version. If something changes, it changes there first. Worth a look on the day.

Most nights need no ticket

The restaurant dates are free to attend. Walk in, get a table, and Caleb comes to you. Booking a table with the venue is a good idea on a busy night, but that is between you and them.

When tickets are sold

Ticketed shows say so on the card and on the event page, with the price and how many are left. Your ticket arrives by email and can be shown on a phone. No need to print it.

Refunds and cancellations

If a ticketed show is cancelled or rescheduled, every ticket holder is contacted directly and offered a refund or a seat at another date. Where a show goes ahead as advertised, tickets are non-refundable unless the listing says otherwise. The full terms spell it out.

Bringing people

Please do. These nights are better with a full room, and the venues appreciate it. Share the event page rather than a screenshot so whoever you send it to gets the current details.

Want a date of your own?

Public shows are the easiest way to see the act before booking it. If you like what you see, check your date. Corporate nights, weddings, churches and theatres all book from here.
