Every effect in "What Are the Odds" is carefully crafted to illustrate faith, forgiveness, and the love of Christ. And here's the important part for pastors and boards: nothing is presented as supernatural. Caleb is an entertainer using honest sleight of hand the way a parable uses a story: astonishment that grabs attention, then points somewhere true.
The show is clean, all-ages, and built on audience participation. It works in sanctuaries, gyms, and fellowship halls with minimal tech. A mic for bigger rooms is all it takes. The full program runs 75 minutes, including the 10-minute Gospel message and altar call at the close, and shorter sets fit youth nights and retreat sessions.

Is magic appropriate for a church event?
Yes. And it is a fair question to ask. Any pastor who did not ask it would not be doing their job.
Here is the honest answer. Nothing in What Are the Odds is presented as supernatural power. Every effect is sleight of hand, misdirection and showmanship. These are skills learned over 14 years of practice, and Caleb says so from the stage. There is no claim of anything occult, no séance language, no pretending. The mystery is the hook. The message is the point.
It works the way a parable works. Jesus told stories about farmers and lost coins because a story stops people mid-thought and makes them lean in. Once they are leaning in, the truth lands somewhere it would not have reached otherwise. An illusion does the same job with a room full of people who came for the entertainment and stayed for the invitation.
The show closes with a clear ten-minute Gospel message and an altar call. Every joke, every effect and every volunteer moment is clean and works for a family audience. If it would embarrass you in front of your congregation, it is not in the show.
I have been performing magic since I was a kid. It’s one thing I feel I am genuinely good at, and I don’t believe in keeping something like that to yourself.
