1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Ideal Magic LLC, trading as Hyatt’s Magic, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form, asking about a date, or receiving a quote does not reserve anything. A date is only held when we say in writing that it is held, and it is only booked when a signed agreement and any required deposit are in place. Until then the date remains available to other clients.

3. Quotes and holds

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Where we place a courtesy hold on a date, that hold is subject to availability and confirmation, and may be released if another client confirms first — we will always contact you before releasing a hold.

4. Your booking agreement takes precedence

Performance fees, travel, deposits, cancellation, technical requirements and everything else about the event itself are governed by the written agreement you sign for that booking. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

5. Tickets to public shows

Where tickets are sold through this site, they admit the named number of guests to the stated performance only. Tickets are non-transferable for resale at a profit. If a show is cancelled or rescheduled by us, ticket holders are contacted directly and offered a refund or a seat at an alternative date. Where a show goes ahead as advertised, tickets are non-refundable unless the listing says otherwise.

6. Payments

Online card payments are processed by Authorize.Net. We never see or store your full card number. Other methods — check, cash, ACH transfer or Venmo — may be agreed in writing. Amounts shown are in US dollars.

7. Using the site properly

Please do not use the contact form to send bulk or automated messages, attempt to break into any part of the site, scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors, or place fraudulent calls to the phone number listed. Access from addresses doing any of these may be restricted.

8. Content and photography

The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to any page — that is genuinely appreciated — and to quote a short passage with credit. Please do not republish the photography or video, or use any of it to promote another performer.

9. Accuracy

We keep show dates, venues and prices as current as we can, but details change — venues move, shows sell out, and prices depend on the event. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until it is written into a quote or agreement for you.

10. Liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
