What is a good corporate event entertainment idea?
Live magic is one of the few corporate entertainment ideas that works for every crowd at once. It needs no stage, no seating plan, and no shared language. Strolling close-up magic turns a cocktail hour into the loudest part of the night, and a stage show gives the evening a headline moment that can even carry your company message.
How do I hire a magician for a corporate event?
Send your date, venue, and rough headcount through the booking form (or call 414-722-2551). Caleb confirms availability, recommends a format (strolling, stage show, or both) and sends a quote, usually the same day. No deposit is needed just to check a date.
How much space does the magician need?
For strolling magic: none. Caleb moves to your guests, table to table and group to group. For a stage show: a performance area roughly 8×10 feet, visible to the audience. He has performed everything from boardrooms to ballrooms to 500-seat venues.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. Professional liability coverage suitable for corporate venues is available. Certificates of insurance can be provided to your venue on request.
What A/V do you need?
Strolling magic needs no stage or setup. Stage shows use a simple A/V setup (a microphone and basic sound), which Caleb coordinates with your venue or brings himself. Company messaging or product mentions can be woven directly into the show.
How far do you travel for corporate events?
Caleb is based in Milwaukee and performs across Wisconsin: Racine, Madison, Green Bay, Sheboygan, Kenosha, Waukesha and everywhere between. He has also performed around the world and travels nationally and internationally for top-class corporate shows.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates, especially Friday and Saturday evenings and the entire November and December season, often book months in advance. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind and I will check availability.
