Wyoming is a fly-in. Jackson runs on seasonal service that fills early, and Casper or Cheyenne often mean connecting through Denver, so Wyoming dates need more lead time than most states.

What I get booked for in Wyoming
There are two Wyomings for this kind of work and they barely overlap. Jackson Hole is a destination market: executive retreats, incentive trips, ranch weddings and private parties held in houses rather than venues, usually with small guest counts and a high bar for what suits the room.
The rest of the state runs on energy and agriculture. Casper and Gillette bring oil, gas and coal service companies, and Cheyenne adds state government and an Air Force base. Association banquets, from stock growers to bankers to hospital foundations, are the dependable evening booking.
Travel
A fly-in date from Milwaukee. Flights and time on the ground are either built into the package or shown as a separate line on your quote, agreed before anything is booked — never added afterwards.
