New Hampshire is a flight, and often the sensible routing is into Boston rather than Manchester, then an hour north by road. Either way the state is compact enough that one hotel covers most of it.

Seasons matter more here than in most places I work. Autumn foliage and the summer weeks at the lakes are the busy stretches, and the good venues are spoken for early. Whatever the routing ends up being, travel is either built into the package or itemised on your quote and agreed before booking.

What I get booked for in New Hampshire

The southern tier, Manchester through Nashua, Salem and Portsmouth, is defense electronics, medical devices and precision manufacturing, plus companies that sit just over the line from Massachusetts for the tax treatment. They book holiday parties, milestone dinners and sales meetings, usually at a scale where everyone in the room knows each other.

The north of the state is a different business entirely. Grand hotels in the White Mountains and inns in the Lakes Region host weddings, anniversaries and small corporate retreats where guests stay the weekend and entertainment is part of the itinerary, not an add-on.
