Magician in Duluth

A lake port and a summer destination, so the season is short and busy.

Duluth is six and a half hours north and works best as an overnight rather than a same-day trip. The season here is genuinely seasonal: June through September is when the weddings, the corporate retreats and the conference business all happen, and those dates go early.

What gets booked in Duluth

The port, the healthcare systems (Essentia and St. Luke's) and tourism carry the economy. The DECC handles the larger conventions, and the lakeshore hotels run a heavy summer wedding calendar where cocktail-hour magic fits naturally into the gap between ceremony and reception. Corporate retreats come up from the Twin Cities for the setting. Winter work exists but is thin, so a January date is usually easier to get than a July one.

Getting there

Roughly 6.5 hours by road from Milwaukee. That is normally still a drive rather than a flight, which means the full show travels with me, and travel is either built into the package or itemised on your quote, agreed before anything is booked.
