Magician in New Orleans
Strolling magic and mentalism for New Orleans conventions, receptions and private events
New Orleans is a fly-in for me. Everything I need comes in a case, so there is no shipping and nothing for your venue to accommodate — travel is either built into the package or itemised on your quote, agreed before anything is booked.
Most of what I do here is convention and hospitality work. It is a city where guests already expect to be entertained, which sets a useful bar for anyone hired to do it.
What gets booked in New Orleans
The Morial Convention Center accounts for a lot of my New Orleans enquiries. It is one of the largest contiguous halls in the country, and on a floor that size a booth needs something that stops people in the aisle and holds a group long enough for your team to actually talk to them. Product messages can be built into the routine itself.
The evening side is the other regular ask: hospitality suites, welcome receptions, private dinners in the Warehouse District and the Quarter. Spring and autumn are the real convention windows. Mardi Gras and the deep summer are not.
Getting there
A fly-in date from Milwaukee. Flights and time on the ground are either built into the package or shown as a separate line on your quote, agreed before anything is booked — never added afterwards.
Also covered nearby: Metairie, Kenner, Gretna, Chalmette, Slidell, Mandeville.
