Textron Aviation, Spirit AeroSystems and the supplier base around them run safety milestones, supplier appreciation nights and holiday parties, and Koch's presence downtown adds a steady run of client hospitality. Century II takes the larger banquets; the newer hotel ballrooms handle the mid-size rooms.

Beyond that, Wichita books more church and school work than most cities its size — men's and women's banquets, youth nights, fundraising dinners. Derby, Andover and Maize bring the weddings and milestone birthdays.
