Several separate markets that happen to share a state line
California is a fly-in, and the state where routing matters most. Los Angeles, the Bay Area and San Diego are effectively three different markets, and a date in one of them does nothing for the other two. If you can give me a date early, I will look at whether the rest of that week can be built around it.
Flights, ground transport and hotel are either built into the package or itemised on the quote, agreed before anything is booked.
What I get booked for in California
The Bay Area books offsites, sales kickoffs, customer dinners and launch parties, usually for companies already spending well on the rest of the evening and wanting the entertainment to match it. Los Angeles is agency, media and studio-adjacent work, plus a lot of private hosting. San Diego runs on conventions, biotech and defense.
Away from the coast it changes again. The Central Valley and wine country book grower associations, harvest dinners and family celebrations, and those are some of the best rooms in the state.
