Magician in Phoenix

The season runs October to April, and those resort weeks go a long way out

Phoenix is a fly-in and one of the easier ones, with direct service from Milwaukee and under four hours in the air. An evening date does not have to eat a second day.

The calendar is the part to plan around. From October through April the resorts across Scottsdale, Phoenix and the East Valley run solid with conferences and incentive trips, and dates go early. Summer is wide open if your event is indoors. Travel is built into the package or itemised on your quote, agreed before anything is booked.

What gets booked in Phoenix

Most of what Phoenix books is resort work: an opening-night reception, a closing dinner, or strolling magic through a cocktail hour spread across a lawn where people are standing in groups of four. That is close-up at its best.

The resident employer base is semiconductors, aerospace, and the large insurance and banking operations, and they run their own team events and holiday parties. February and March add a short, very busy window of client hospitality built around spring training and the golf.
