Magician in Arizona

Resort season runs October through April, and that is when Arizona books

Arizona is a fly-in date, and its calendar is the opposite of Wisconsin's. From October to April the resorts around Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tucson are full of conferences, incentive trips and boards meeting somewhere warm, and those weeks fill a long way out. Summer is quieter and much easier to schedule if your event is indoors.

Flights and ground travel are either built into the package or itemised on the quote, agreed with you before anything is booked.

What I get booked for in Arizona

Most of what I am asked about here is resort work: a hospitality reception on the opening night of a conference, a closing dinner, or strolling magic through a cocktail hour spread across a lawn. Semiconductor and aerospace employers around Phoenix run their own team events, and Tucson adds the university, astronomy and mining sides of the state.

Spring training creates a short, busy window of client hospitality in February and March, and the winter population keeps private parties and clubs booking straight through.
