Utah is a fly-in date and an easy one. Salt Lake City is a hub, so I can normally get in and out without a connection, and most Utah bookings I quote are a single evening attached to a conference or an off-site.
Park City adds a drive from the airport, but rarely more than an hour. Travel is either built into the package or itemised on your quote, and settled before anything is confirmed.
What I get booked for in Utah
The corridor between Salt Lake and Provo is the busiest source of work here: software companies with large sales teams, user conferences, quarterly kickoffs. Park City handles the resort end, with leadership retreats, incentive trips and ski-season client events.
Utah audiences are worth naming plainly. A great many events in this state are dry, family-attended and multi-generational, so the entertainment has to hold the room on its own rather than ride on the bar. My material is clean by default, which makes that a straightforward fit rather than a compromise.
Travel
A fly-in date from Milwaukee. Flights and time on the ground are either built into the package or shown as a separate line on your quote, agreed before anything is booked — never added afterwards.
