Pennsylvania

Magician in Pennsylvania

Two cities at opposite ends of the state, and a middle that books more than either

Pennsylvania is wide enough that how I get there depends on which end you are on. The Pittsburgh side is a long but reasonable drive. Philadelphia and the eastern counties are usually a flight.

Either way it is a full day of travel, so the date is planned around an overnight rather than a same-night return home. Whichever way it works out, travel is either built into the package or itemised on your quote, agreed before anything is booked.

What I get booked for in Pennsylvania

Philadelphia books pharmaceutical, health system, legal and financial clients, along with the convention trade downtown. Pittsburgh has moved towards robotics, software and university-adjacent work without losing the industrial employers underneath it, and it holds on to local vendors more stubbornly than most cities its size.

The middle of the state is the part people underestimate. Harrisburg and Hershey take a large share of Pennsylvania's association conventions, and Lancaster County brings a dense calendar of church, community and family events. The Lehigh Valley's logistics and manufacturing employers book employee celebrations and holiday parties in volume.

Travel

Roughly 10 hours by road from Milwaukee. That is normally still a drive rather than a flight, which means the full show travels with me, and travel is either built into the package or itemised on your quote, agreed before anything is booked.

Where the people are

Pennsylvania’s biggest cities

Most of Pennsylvania’s population lives in and around these five cities, and that is where most of the events are. Caleb performs in all of them — and in the smaller towns between them.
