Idaho is a fly-in. Boise is the usual destination and takes a connection from Milwaukee, which makes an Idaho date a two-day commitment rather than an evening out.
Coeur d'Alene sits closer to Spokane than to Boise and sometimes routes better that way, and Sun Valley is a trip of its own. Whichever it is, the flights and the extra night are either built into the package or itemised on your quote before you agree to anything.

Boise has grown into a genuine corporate market — semiconductors, food and timber companies, a large healthcare system, and a steady inflow of firms that moved staff in from the West Coast. That brings company celebrations, customer nights and awards dinners.
Sun Valley is the other side of it: executive retreats and private events where the guest list is small and the room is close enough that card work beats anything staged. Eastern Idaho, around Idaho Falls and Pocatello, books more family and church programming, and agricultural associations hold their annual meetings across the state.
