Magician in Hawaii

Incentive trips and resort programs — Hawaii gets planned a year out, so ask early

Hawaii is the longest trip on my map and the one that has to be planned earliest. It is a full travel day each way from Milwaukee, so a Hawaii booking is never a single evening — it is a block of days held on the calendar.

It works best when I am part of a multi-day program rather than a one-night hire. Airfare and the extra days are either built into the package or itemised on your quote, agreed up front.

What I get booked for in Hawaii

Nearly all Hawaii work is incentive travel: a company flying its top performers to Maui, Oahu or the Kohala Coast and building three or four evenings around them. Those programs need something for the welcome reception and something different for the closing banquet, and close-up work covers both without competing with the local performers a resort already brings in.

Honolulu also takes national conventions and medical meetings, which run the same way — hospitality suites, receptions, and an awards night that needs to hold a room.

Travel

A fly-in date from Milwaukee. Flights and time on the ground are either built into the package or shown as a separate line on your quote, agreed before anything is booked — never added afterwards.

Where the people are

Hawaii’s biggest cities

Most of Hawaii’s population lives in and around these five cities, and that is where most of the events are. Caleb performs in all of them — and in the smaller towns between them.
